- Ares
Group, the company which produces the Karbyk vehicle has started a law
suit against Mr. Chris Beddows (7123 Benwaldun Road – LANTZVILLE – BC
CANADA V0R 2H0).
- For no
reason whatsoever does this person represent or has represent our company,
He has been warned to use our name and trademarks.
- At the
same time , we are gathering all of the information from people and
companies which Mr. Beddows has improperly used, both legally and
professionally.
- If you
are contacted by this person or other, not expressly authorized by us,
please contact us immediately.

- In
brief, we would like to explain our relationship with Mr. Beddows:
- We
were contacted in May 2003 by Mr. Beddows, since he was interested in
proposing our vehicle in activities and HPV associations in North America.
- Our
firm immediately furnished free of charge a Race vehicle in order to
promote this initiative.
- We
covered also the transport fees, asking in exchange only pictures resumes
and eventual comments during the sport events in which our vehicle
participated.
- The
use of our vehicle had been agreed upon until September 2003.
- At the
end of this period, Mr. Beddows could either keep the vehicle at the
pre-established price without transport fees, or sell it or send it back
to us.
- A
complete English maintenance book was also furnished as in all of our
standard equipment.
- After numerous
requests we have never received any information as accorded.

Persons, and companies as indicated by Mr. Beddows as referents have no
idea whatsoever what Mr. Beddows proposed!

- Our
request of restitution have been evasive and negative.
- To
date we do not know what has happened to our vehicle.
- Our
legal procedure is proceeding since our vehicle is: covered by an
international patent, and we wish to guarantee our complete
non-involvement to Mr. Beddows conduct, hoping to safeguard other firms
from this person.
